The Asia Pacific Heads of Retail Financial Services Annual Meeting is an annual forum that brings together senior-level executives in retail financial services industry in the region to share valuable lessons and develop clear concepts on the challenges that are taking place in the retail financial services industry.
Conducted in a roundtable format, the forum will be underpinned by research findings from the annual four-month research based survey and assessment of the best retail financial institutions from 28 countries in the region.
Banks benefit from the programme by participating in a peer-to-peer exchange of experience on existing and emerging challenges facing the industry in today's climate of uncertainty.
