The Asian Banker will be organising a series of International FI Dialogues for the Heads of FIs in international and domestic banks in key cities across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East to meet and interact with each other on transformational issues affecting the industry.
The dialogues, held over half a day are designed to attract heads of FIs and transaction banking at the highest level, to exchange notes with their peers and to participate in a closed door session to understand key developments in the industry.
The sessions will focus on 12 – 15 heads of domestic FIs in each city (see the list below), another 8 – 10 of their international counterparts and partners, and 20 – 30 observers from banks in the respective cities (see below).
The agenda is finalised through consultation with all participants prior to the event, and discussions are kept very succinct in order to benefit the participants through high quality interaction.
These dialogues provide global financial institutions, consulting firms and strategic service providers a unique opportunity to interact with selected business leaders, as well as communicate their product propositions in a strategic and cost-effective manner.
The sessions usually attract CXO level executives, with discussions revolving around:
- Findings from The Asian Banker survey on the priorities of domestic banks in transaction banking in the region.
- Current developments specific to each market.
- Notes from case studies of the region’s leading FIs and their leaders.
