The Asian Banker presentation will start off by explaining the research conducted through their survey on mis-selling complaints in Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. It will conclude the discussion by providing recommendations to improve sales techniques while understanding the associated risks that come with them.

This session will present insights around some of the parameters identified in the first session, particularly the increasing importance of effective communication in the selling of financial products.
