The Asian Banker Breakfast Dialogue
Translating Information into Operational Performance

Tuesday, 23 September 2008, 8.15am to 11am, Makati Shangri-la, Manila, Philippines

Financial institutions have a real need to track an endless flow of documents, web content, records, and
images by storing all data and information in a robust backend system. But beyond that, how does the sum benefits to business and operational processes stack up against the ticket size of an investment in sophisticated information management systems?

This Dialogue is for 25 senior executives from the IT divisions of banks to discuss the core functions and desired business and operational outcomes of an effective information management system. The Asian Banker has conducted research in this area and would like to share some of our preliminary findings at the briefing. The meeting held over breakfast will involve the following agenda.
