This session assesses how and where consumers in the different markets are being affected by current global conditions. It also looks at emerging best practices in identifying early warning signals in consumer credit quality deterioration trends and maintaining credit quality through recovery and collection strategies. Finally, we cover issues relating to availability, quality and timeliness of data, as well as the role of credit bureaus in supporting industry best practices – lessons from global players.
