This third and closing session will examine some of the core technical issues related to constructing a robust and effective internal audit infrastructure. The discussion will explore off-site data storage and processing, monitoring system integration and analysis and operational-level fraud and security considerations, with attention to the importance of customised internal auditing solutions, support functions and limitations and decision-making criteria.
