The Excellence in Retail Financial Services Convention 2007 is the foremost gathering of Retail Banking heads designed to track the real operational issues driving the business of the mainland’s rapidly expanding banking sector today. The Asia Pacific Heads of Retail Financial Services Meeting is an annual forum that brings together senior level executives in retail financial services industry in the region to share valuable lessons and develop clear concepts on the challenges that are taking place in the retail financial services industry.
The two-day packed programme is set in a roundtable format with senior retail bankers responsible for business planning, strategy, technology and operations to develop continuous benchmarking capability through shared experiences and validate emerging perspectives on the developments in the industry.
The packed two-day meeting will also be maximised through the contribution of research findings from the annual Asian Banker Excellence in Retail Financial Services 2006 research programme, an annual six-month research-based survey and assessment of the best retail banks in the region.
In the year 2007 banks from the following 24 countries are being evaluated and will be represented at the meeting:
Australia, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam.
Features of the Meeting
- A full two-days consultative meeting that includes presentations, case studies by practitioners, interactive Q&A and moderated roundtable discussion by domain experts
